Log in to our investor portal or create an account.
To access the portal, navigate to www.snscapitalgroup.com and click Investor Login at the top right of the page or click the button below.
Accredited Investor Verification

To comply with SEC requirements, first time investors with SNS will need to provide proof that you’ve been verified as an Accredited Investor. There are several ways to accomplish this, and you will be given options inside the investor portal.
E-sign Documents

Review and complete all of the legal documents inside the portal.
Funding
Funding
Once you complete the necessary steps inside the investor portal, you’re ready to fund the deal. You can view the funding instructions in your investor portal. After completing the above 4 steps, your investment is secured.
All investment contributions will be deposited into an interest-earning account at approximately 4% until the anticipated close date. This account will be owned by the investment LLC and all combined interest earned will flow back to investors as quarterly operating cash flow based on their pro-rata ownership share.
